What a great experience with the Tap Doctor. The team were courteous and punctual during the quoting phase and their price was very competitive. But the real highlight was the attitude and behaviour of their technician on site. He went about his work clinically and quickly. The quality of the finished product was excellent and the cleanliness of the site was superb. The technician was friendly, accommodating and very professional. I have not qualms in recommending the tap doctor to anyone. I will certainly be using them again.

Excellent service. We called on Friday and had service as soon as we wanted. Plumber Carl gave us options, fixed our tap, and diagnosed a water pressure problem. We decided to go ahead on the day and it was done within thirty minutes. Tap Doctor was on time, friendly, had great advise and could explain it in easy terms, and the price was fair. Will use again and recommend to others.
We had blocked main drain. They came out within 1 hour. Fixed it in an hour. Great guy Tom fixed it
I needed to get a dishwasher plumbed in and some plumbers were not returning my calls and didn't seem interested in the small job. I called The Tap Doctor at 4pm on a Friday expecting to make an appointment for the following week given the time and non urgent nature however to my surprise I had a plumber at my door literally 20 minutes later on a Friday afternoon... The quote was accepted and the work done shortly after. Very happy.The quote seemed pretty reasonable maybe 10-15% higher than what other plumbers (who didn't bother returning my calls) were suggesting it would cost and I'm happy to pay a premium for good service.
We discovered leaking mixer tap pipework overnight - rang Tap Doctor in the morning and they came as promised a couple of hours later and fixed the problem quickly and the plumber was friendly. Very happy with their service

The Midland team were great! I rang at 4.30pm and expected to get an appt the following week but was told someone could attend the following morning, fantastic! Booked it in, the next day the plumber was running late which I was notified of well in advance. When he arrived he fixed my leaky shower, recommended changing over my leaky bathroom basin taps to a single mixer tap and now it works perfectly! Separate hot and cold taps have always been annoying so am so happy with the changeover. Very professional, courteous and friendly, great communication and love that someone could attend so quickly. Excellent service thank you!

I called them after the broken of water sink and they immediately replied me & booked an appointment. They came at my place on right time and diagnosed the whole thing. After the quote they fixed my broken sink and fixed it within an hour.Highly recommended.
