My name is Jasmine Dunlop, and I am just writing a thank you for some wonderful service I received from your company yesterday. I put in a call for a plumber to come and look at a leaky overflow pipe, and right from the beginning the service was just top notch. The plumber (Jon) was scheduled to arrive yesterday at 4pm, and at about 3:30pm I received a phone call from him to advise me that he was available to come early to me if it suited me. Wow- that sort of thing doesn't happen very often!!! How impressive!! Jon then proceeded to remove his shoes when coming into the house (another "Wow!"), was extremely pleasant and friendly, and explained what he was doing during his visit. Once he had collected the parts and fixed the problem (very promptly, too!), he gave my daughter and friends one of the cute little Tap Doctor water saving books each, and then ran through the invoice details with me. He could not have done anything more- the service was fantastic! He is a credit to your company! I will certainly recommend your company to family and friends.

Just want to let you know that we had your Tap Doctor replace our existing washers on our washing machine taps and the ones in our shower in the bathroom with Aqualoc valves, where we had been experiencing very bad water hammer. I will certainly keep the Tap Doctor's magnet on my fridge.
