Came out within 2 hours of calling. He assessed the problem, gave me a quote, which I accepted, and he proceeded to solve the problem. Very friendly and professional. Would recommend Tap Doctor.

The service was on time. Chris the plumber and his assistant were very courteous and efficient, getting to the toot of the problem within 10 minutes. Action was prompt professional and the clean up great. I have no hesitation in recommending Chris and the Tap doctor without hesitation.

Plumber was rather late, it would have been nice to receive a call to say he was going to be late rather than calling to say he was going to turn up in 42 minutes (4.40pm) which was well outside the approximate time of between 3 and 4 pm I was given.The Job was completed in good time.

Initial contact on a weekend, I was advised that my water heater would be okay until weekday, saved me from paying weekend prices. The Technician arrived at appointment time, discussed the price and options facing me on inspection of my hot water heater. New Rheem instant hot water heater installed. I was very happy with the whole process.

Bathroom sink burst a pipe late at night. Able yo quickly call (due to 24/7 customer line) and booked for attendance next morning. Can out and assessed free of charge and quoted me for works. Thankfully had part onboard so could do there and then. Now working again so can finosh cleaning up the flood the burst pipe caused. Veru grateful for quick turn around and fix
