Fastest response time I've ever had, I was still on the phone talking to the dispatcher when the plumber rang me. He was on time and fast he had the pipe capped and my water on within the hour now its up to BGC to fix the rest.

I realised after water bill came in that we must have a leaking pipe, I called Tap Doctor as I had to turn water off at the mains, I needed someone out that day and they had a plumber out within 2 hours. The tradie was very informative and found the leak and fixed it and kept me in the loop of what he was doing - great job 👍
