Had problems with our kitchen mixer tap. Called Tap Doctor on Sunday expecting to have to wait a few days for a plumber to fix it. However, we got a call early Monday morning from their plumber Chris saying he’d be here within couple of hours. Chris replaced the tap, as well as three faulty isolation taps undersink, all within half hour, at a very fair price! Chris was courteous and professional throughout. Knew his stuff and got on with it. Totally commend Chris on his approach to the problem and recommend Tap Doctor for any plumbing issues. Have used them on a few occasions before and will certainly use them again!

After a shaky start with the booking all was made better when a time was made the same day for 4pm . After a phone call from me at about 12am that day. The young guy called to say he would be able to come earlier than the booked time. He was very pleasant and did his job very efficiently and the overall price I considered to be a very fair one........very pleasing experience.
