Quick and efficient service and even though my hot water system was unusable , they provided me with a temporary system until a more permanent solution could be installed. We had non-urgent plumbing issues over a weekend. I made a booking Saturday evening for a plumber to attend Monday morning. 2012 Rheem stellar 330 storage hot water unit no pilot light. Attempted to relight the unit with no luck.

I had a large water leak outside the kitchen, tried several plumbers with either no response or no availability, Tap Doctor had someone out within 45 minutes, did a great job, explained everything and cleaned up afterwards. Highly recommended!

Our HQ and administration office is located in West Perth however we have team members located all across a range of suburbs and no matter where you are, we’ll have a plumber near you.

Do you offer after-hours and emergency plumbing services?

Yes in most cases! If you need an urgent, emergency or after-hours job it’s best to call us ASAP on 1300-655-827.
