For emergencies you can call us 24/7 on 1300-655-827. We do have the ability to book online but we don't recommend using that method for time sensitive issues or true emergencies.

Do you charge a callout fee?

We don't charge a callout fee during normal business hours but depending on time of day, an emergency callout fee or priority fee may apply. Our phone support team can advise when you call.

Where are you located and what areas do you service?

Our HQ and administration office is located in West Perth however we have team members located all across a range of suburbs and cities including Perth, Canberra, Adelaide and Toowoomba.

Do you offer after-hours emergency plumbing services?
