We have been using tap doctor for 10 years now. We do really appreciate with
the job they done for us. So far, we have never had any problems with using
their brilliant service. The staffs are great, friendly and honest. They
always do a great job.
I would like to specially thank to Daniel today for repairing my hot water
system. It works great after that. He was honest for telling me to repair it
instead of asking me to replace the whole unit system which would cost me
over thousand of dollars.
It’s such a nice to have honest and great people like you all around to help
when needed as We don’t get many great and honest people out there like you
these days.

I want you to know i was extremely happy and relieved with the service you provided me in particular Scott and Martin.
Ive recently had a granny flat built on my property and have had a lot of earthmoving equipment around this and thought the sewer block was a result of this. Scott and Martin did a thorough investigation with cameras etc and we discovered it was not a result of this but a remnant of issues id had previously with the builder of the granny flat.
These issues had resulted in the main sewer line from the granny flat and the existing house being lower than the exit shaft, resulting in sewerage backing up into the overflow and the GF’s shower, not to mention the many other plumbing faults they found, it was a total mess.
The result was a complete re-lay of the sewer line and reconnection of all the GF’s connections. Im not a plumber, but when i was all exposed i could clearly see all the faults that Scott and Martin discovered. I was going to have ongoing issues for years to come. Scott and Martin were honest, hardworking and very calming for me and helped me take the photos i needed to take back to the builders.
I had to give them a big hug at the end as i was so stressed about this.

This week Charlie came to my house to fix a blocked drain and install a new kitchen tap. He was friendly, yet still polite, well-spoken and professional. He worked very hard on a very hot day, having to dig holes, ring the Water Corporation, and use a variety of equipment. He finally managed to get my drain unblocked, which was a mammoth task. He then helped me select a new kitchen tap, and installed it. His van was very clean, tidy and well-organized, and he knew where everything was and had everything needed, which impressed me. Other plumbers have had disorganized vans and had to go back to the warehouse to get a needed part, wasting time and my money. Before he left he unscrewed my shower rose and showed me how to keep calcium from building up in it. Last, but by no means least, he did all this for a very reasonable price. This was very important to me, as I am on a very tight budget. I’d be happy to employ Charlie any time.”

I have tried 3 different plumbers in the last 3 months for my kitchen main drain blockage problem . I was looking at their price, service, skills, their tools and result! Here are my feedback and hope it helps you to find the right plumber!
Services – Tap doctor provides friendly call center service arrangement. They send me email confirmation, call me 20 mins before coming to my house. I feel very comfortable with talking with their staff! This is very important!
Price – same if you ring around the local plumbers. I ended up pay extra when I used different plumber last time because they don’t have the right tool and need to come back later!
Skills and tools – Tab doctor came to my house with the brand new drain camera, and snake drill tool! It saves me time and money! It helps and get the job done quick! I didn’t get extra charge with their tools. If you ring around, some local plumber charge you if you need to use the snake drill!
Result – A very happy customer with Tap doctor! I was so stressed with my kitchen drain blockage problem, money spending on this with different plumbers and got nothing!”

I had Mark come by today to look at our leaking toilet. He was on time,friendly and informed me of the options to fix the problem. He went and got the parts and repaired the loo in no time. I was expecting him to have to come back another day to do the job so I was very happy to get it done today.
It’s very rare to receive such good service these days and we will recommend and use Tap Doctor in the future.

Hi to all at the Tap Doctor W.A.
We have been using the plumbing service offered by the Tap Doctor for at least 10 years – we have always found them to be prompt, efficient and cheerful. Recently we were having trouble with our toilet’s cistern – it was leaking and automatically flushing night and day. My wife rang the Tap Doctor for help and were informed that a Tap Doctor (Dan) would be despatched and should arrive at 2.00 p.m. that afternoon. He arrived within 5 minutes of the appointed time, cheerful and chatty as usual. Within 3 minutes he had identified the cause of the leakage, and quickly rectified the problem. We were, as in the past, impressed with his professionalism and happy demeanour. We have had work done by Charlie and Dan in the past and have always been thoroughly satisfied with the high standard of their plumbing. Without hesitation, we recommend the Tap Doctor.
