Bathroom sink burst a pipe late at night. Able yo quickly call (due to 24/7 customer line) and booked for attendance next morning. Can out and assessed free of charge and quoted me for works. Excellent. Staff and management always extremely helpful and accommodating. Good standard of work and always took care to keep the area clean and tidy. Tradespeople were polite and made sure other usual activities in the home could continue uninterrupted.Service regarding hardware was outstanding. When the colour match for the existing bath was unavailable in Australia the basin bowl was imported from the UAE (even though there was military conflict in the area at the time).
