We had the Tap Doctor out today. They arrived 10 minutes early, attended, repaired a leak in under 30 minutes, that water corp has invoiced us $3700. Cost was $350 per hour. The whole experience was what you would expect from a reputable business, however I feel the hourly fee is expensive.
We had Reece come to fix our issue. He did it quickly and charged a reasonable rate. He provided good service by showing and explaining what was wrong. Deserves a raise. 5/5

Mitch from Tap Doctor South sorted out our pipe blockage (tree roots) in just a couple hours. Good to have an actual camera view of the pronblem. He turned up on time. Very knowledgeable about how our various pipes would join up to reach the septic system & what we could do in future to minimise the chances of another blockage in the same place with our 40 year old plumbing system in rural property. So we'll be asking him to come back to do the long term repair to the pipes once we've done some serious prep work (deep digging below lawn)
Filled in online form for a hot water service on Monday, got a call a couple of hours later and was offered a booking any time this week. Booked for Tuesday AM. Got a call on Tuesday asking if they could come early, which I approved. Came to property, assessed what was needed, gave a quote and completed the job in less than 20 minutes. I had a bad experience using the Tap Doctor over 8 years ago and swore I'd never use them again. Enough time having passed, today I decided to give them another try and I'm so glad I did. Young Chris (Osborne Park area) listened carefully to my plumbing problem and gave me options which I greatly appreciated. Importantly, the young man cleaned up after himself and left my bathroom as clean as it was before he arrived - he also took away all the rubbish. I agree I probably spent more than I planned to, but it was worth it for the excellent experience.

We had the Tap Doctor out on the 9th to fix a leaking tap in the laundry. Andy came out in timely manner and advised due to the age it would be best to replace the taps. This worked for about a week before the leaking resumed. We contacted the office who quickly arranged another plumber Reece to attend within 2 hours of making the call, arrived early and gave a courtesy call on the way, identified the problem, fixed it within a few minutes and explained the cause of the problem. Very polite, timely and brilliant response time for Perth trades. You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong, considering the swift response time and service I would rate The Tap Doctor very highly

Great service. Mitch came out and replaced broken kitchen sink tap mixer. He was pleasant, took photos, checked the water pressure and did a great job. The only thing I was displeased with was the costs involved.
