I needed to get a dishwasher plumbed in and some plumbers were not returning my calls and didn’t seem interested in the small job. I called The Tap Doctor at 4pm on a Friday expecting to make an appointment for the following week given the time and non urgent nature however to my surprise I had a plumber at my door literally 20 minutes later on a Friday afternoon… The quote was accepted and the work done shortly after. Very happy.

The quote seemed pretty reasonable maybe 10-15% higher than what other plumbers (who didn’t bother returning my calls) were suggesting it would cost and I’m happy to pay a premium for good service.

Called them at 8:30am and they were there by 11am to fix the pipes under my sink. The Gentleman did a great job and was very quick. Charged what was quoted and communication was excellent. I highly recommend.

Thank you Tap Doctor for sending Tap Dr. Chris. Chris arrived punctually, replaced our leaking water heater and didn’t leave until work area was clean and tidy. Chris explained how and when we should service our new water heater (as we are from overseas) and he even repositioned an awkwardly placed garden tap from behind the water heater (fabulous!). Considering it was a very hot day, Chris was cheerful and answered our questions. I rang Tap Doctor as I could not contact my regular plumber. Dr Chris arrived within 30 minutes, was friendly professional, efficient and clearly communicated my options along with cost. Came on time completed the installation professionally

Just a simple job of supplying and fitting a outside double tap so I can leave a hose connected but still have direct access to water. Also had the water filters replaced in the kitchen. As always the Tap Doctor did a great job. I have been using them for about 17 years, and have always found their work more than satisfactory.
