I had a kitchen tap that couldn’t turn off the water. I arranged for a plumber to visit late in the afternoon so I could get home from work. Jimmy and James arrived and sorted out the problem very efficiently and professionally. They were delightful and pleasant young men who absolutely knew what they were doing. Happy with the convenience of booking and how fast he was able to come, he was quick to find the problem and quote for the remedy of the problem. The Remedy was just s little out of my husbands wanting to pay price range for today.

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency and called multiple plumbers in my area and the tap doctor was the first reasonable response I got, with no call out fee, they were able to attend within the hour and the bloke that came out to the house was super helpful and quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it and also offer very useful information should this situation arise again which I reallyappreciated.
