Really good experience with the Tap Doctor team today. Our toilet was comprehensively broken and the toilet tap wouldn’t move so I couldn’t turn the water off. Ended up having to turn off the water to the whole house before frantically calling around for a plumber. The reception staff were lovely and booked us in for same day, Jimmy was with us within the hour and had the problem quoted and fixed within another 2hours. The price was less than I was expecting also, having dealt with another chain plumbing group recently. All round outstanding service from all the staff we interacted with, would definitely use them again!

What a great experience with the Tap Doctor. The team were courteous and punctual during the quoting phase and their price was very competitive. But the real highlight was the attitude and behaviour of their technician on site. He went about his work clinically and quickly. The quality of the finished product was excellent and the cleanliness of the site was superb. The technician was friendly, accommodating and very professional. Excellent service. We called on Friday and had service as soon as we wanted. Plumber Carl gave us options, fixed our tap, and diagnosed a water pressure problem. We decided to go ahead on the day and it was done within thirty minutes. Tap Doctor was on time, friendly, had great advise and could explain it in easy terms, and the price was fair.
