Had a bit of a plumbing emergency and called multiple plumbers in my area and the tap doctor was the first reasonable response I got, with no call out fee, they were able to attend within the hour and the bloke that came out to the house was super helpful and quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it and also offer very useful information should this situation arise again which I reallyappreciated. Super professional, very friendly, and really appreciate the efficiency. Even the lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely.

Tap Doctor came out and installed our new dishwasher. Did a great job and also fixed our inlet tap as it was faulty, we thought it was one of the issues with the old dishwasher but nope noise wasn't normal so checked it out and he replaced it and now as quiet as a mouse. The price was very reasonable for the work.Thanks guys great job would recommend you without hesitation.

I contacted Tap Doctor after our kitchen mixer tap started to leak. Steve was able to come out the following day and after determining it was not able to be repaired, had a good range of replacement taps for me to choose from. His advice was appreciated and the range of costs also appreciated. It was replaced quickly and efficiently. Once again the Tap Doctor was so easy to deal with!
Outstanding service, very helpful and accommodating.Finally fixed my kitchen and laundry taps and picked up a leak that I didn’t know I had. Averted a potential disaster ( flooding) in the kitchen.

Called Tap Doctor to check and service our old hot system. They came promptly at no charge and were very efficient. After checking the system we decided to have it replaced. We were given all relevant advice so we could make an informed choice and it was installed within the week. (Thankyou John A) I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

I initially rang a handful of plumbers and most were unreliable to turn up to estimate or commit to any schedule . Tap doctor however have lovely admin , tradies on time and very courteous , excellent service and skills . Will definitely use again.

They fit me into their Friday schedule last minute to change out my hot water system. Polite and professional service. Thank you, we'll be enjoying our hot water tonight!
Happy with the convenience of booking and how fast he was able to come, he was quick to find the problem and quote for the remedy of the problem. The Remedy was just s little out of my husbands wanting to pay price range for today.

Urgent job required on Friday arvo. They were on time, both Josh and his mate courteous and helpful. Job fixed within the hour. Couldn't be happier! Will definitely use them again.
Mitch was great and knew his job well. He found that my water pressure was double what it should have been and told me that Insurance wouldnt cover any damage if that was the cause of burst pipes. He rectified the problem.

I got home late afternoon to find the hot water system leaking quite badly. Called Tap Doctor and Carl came out first thing the next morning. Replaced the unit and ensure all hot water taps were working. Very friendly and approachable, highly recommend!
