I contacted Tap Doctor after our kitchen mixer tap started to leak. Steve was able to come out the following day and after determining it was not able to be repaired, had a good range of replacement taps for me to choose from. His advice was appreciated and the range of costs also appreciated. It was replaced quickly and efficiently. Once again the Tap Doctor was so easy to deal with!

Mitch was great and knew his job well. He found that my water pressure was double what it should have been and told me that Insurance wouldnt cover any damage if that was the cause of burst pipes. He rectified the problem.

Been using The Tap Doctor for years, always able to get an appointment either same day or the next day, quick and efficient. The "docs" are polite and explain everything. Heartily recommend them. Latest was slow leak in toilet cistern, two options chose to replace and done within hour or so. Good job as always

Mitch from Tap Doctor South sorted out our pipe blockage (tree roots) in just a couple hours. Good to have an actual camera view of the pronblem. He turned up on time. Very knowledgeable about how our various pipes would join up to reach the septic system & what we could do in future to minimise the chances of another blockage in the same place with our 40 year old plumbing system in rural property. So we'll be asking him to come back to do the long term repair to the pipes once we've done some serious prep work (deep digging below lawn)

Had a bit of a plumbing emergency and called multiple plumbers in my area and the tap doctor was the first reasonable response I got, with no call out fee, they were able to attend within the hour and the bloke that came out to the house was super helpful and quick to diagnose the issue and resolve it and also offer very useful information should this situation arise again which I reallyappreciated. Super professional, very friendly, and really appreciate the efficiency. Even the lady I spoke with on the phone was lovely.

Got a call on Tuesday asking if they could come early, which I approved. Came to property, assessed what was needed, gave a quote and completed the job in less than 20 minutes. I had a kitchen tap that couldn’t turn off the water. I arranged for a plumber to visit late in the afternoon so I could get home from work. Jimmy and James arrived and sorted out the problem very efficiently and professionally. They were delightful and pleasant young men who absolutely knew what they were doing.
