Sent an online enquiry on the weekend expecting a reply Monday but got a reply in 10 mins with workman onsite Monday morning. Issue sorted within an hour and reasonable price. Guys ensured everything was cleaned up afterwards as well.

Prompt service, the guys were professional & thorough, new gas heater was installed plus new toilet cistern. No mess. Maybe a bit expensive overall but I'd rather have experienced work done!
The Tap Doctor was great. I heard a running tap but couldn't find it. When I rang they were able to get me in that very morning. The plumbers found the leak and fixed it straight away. Very happy with their service.

Easy to book a service call. The plumber was on time and explained everything well. Plumbers are never cheap but given the time spent on the job it was reasonable. I would definitely use The Tap Doctor again! 👍👍

We called Tap Doctor on the last minute because the previous plumber recommended by a friend missed his appointment to come. Therefore in urgent replacement, we found Tap Doctor on the internet with good review and also they did not charge for the call out fee, which was a plus for us when we were not sure the problem and was on a tight budget. The result was amazing and the friendly service was way beyond our expectations !! Not only did the Tap Doctor fixed our blockage issue but it also managed to fix our slow water flow from the hot water system !! The price was very good and my mum even received a pensioner discount, which was so great for Tap Doctor to look after the old people in the time where everything became expensive and high expenses. We will now highly recommend Tap Doctor to all our neighbors as most of them were elderly people. Thank you once again Tap Doctor for making our day beautiful again !!
Chris, the gas fitter, showed up within the hour, he was polite and extremely efficient. The customer service was second to none.
I called in the late afternoon as water was pouring out of the elbow pipe near the meter. The service operator took my information & advised a plumber would ring me. Later I received a phone call from Luke that evening who advised us what to do in the interim & booked us in first thing next morning.Received a phone message early to advise Carl on his way. and by 7.30am the guys were onsite. Quotes given upfront and the problem was rectified in under 20 minutes. Carl checked the water heater and added a few more safety valves (He was pleasantly surprised to find that the anode was changed every 2 years, and our heater was nearly 28 years old!) but did show me photos of calcium build up on the rod. All in all, the guys did a great job, they were friendly, informative and Carl was respectful when entering the house (taking his shoes off). He took the time to explain what he'd done outside to both myself and my husband, which impressed us both. We highly recommend the services of The Tap Doctor who have always delivered high quality services. Thank you Carl C & "Mr Red socks" (sorry didn't get your name) but liked your banter 🙂

I had them replace two bathroom sinks with new mixers, basins and copper pipes. $1730 for the entire job. The work was good, communication was good and everyone was friendly. But I did pay through the nose for the work, as has been others' experience.

Our gas heater (Aquamax) decided to die over the weekend and I called in the Tap Doctor early Monday morning to help, after deciding that cold water showers in winter wasn't that much fun. Joseph and his assistant (Nathan, I think?) showed up on the Monday by midday (prompt and efficient service by the lovely lady who assisted us on the phone) and were very professional and courteous. They showed me clear signs of rust and degradation in several places in the tank and recommended that it either be replaced by a new unit, or alternatively install a new "instant and electric heating unit" which we opted for given that it was about ~50% more but never needed maintenance or replacement in future. They installed a temporary heater for my family and I to use for ~ 3 days until the new unit (and gas pipeline) could be installed at our house. Three days later, a lovely gentleman called Tom showed up and spent from ~9am to 3pm that day fitting the new unit. His manners and courteousness were impeccable and he cleaned up beautifully once the job was done, explaining everything to my son (I had to leave). I would highly recommend this team in future to anyone else - well done!!!
